Client Portal Instructions

How to Use Your Secure Client Portal

Our SecureFilePro portal makes it easy to share sensitive documents safely and efficiently. Below are instructions for accessing your account, viewing files, and uploading documents to our office.

Logging In

  • Use the login link provided in our email or visit the SecureFilePro Login Page
  • Enter your username and password
  • Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" to reset

Note: Your password is created by you. For your privacy, our office cannot retrieve or reset it.

 

Viewing & Downloading Documents

To access forms or documents we’ve uploaded to your portal:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Portal Home Page
  3. Click Documents From Preparer under My Folder
  4. Find the document you want and click Download
  5. Choose to Open or Save the file to your device

Unsaved files will remain in your portal until you delete them.

 

Uploading Documents to Our Office

To securely send us documents:

  1. Click Documents To Preparer in the My Folder menu
  2. On the right side, click Upload
  3. Click Browse Files to select your file
  4. Click Upload to complete the transfer
  5. Once uploaded, the file appears on the right. You may rename or delete it if needed

Our team is automatically notified when your upload is complete.
