Client Portal Instructions
Accessing Your Secure File Pro Portal
- Click the SecureFilePro Login Page or use the LINK provided in our office email.
- Enter your username and password on the login page.
- Your password is created by you; our office cannot retrieve it.
- If you forgot your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ to create a new one.
Viewing and Downloading Documents
- After logging in, go to your portal home page.
- Click DOCUMENTS FROM PREPARER in the My Folder menu on the left.
- On the right side, find your uploaded documents list and click DOWNLOAD for the document you want.
- Choose to OPEN or SAVE the document.
- If you don’t save it to your computer, it will remain in the portal until deleted.
Uploading Documents to the Portal
- Click DOCUMENTS TO PREPARER in the My Folder section.
- On the right side, click UPLOAD.
- Click BROWSE FILES to locate the scanned or saved document on your computer.
- Click UPLOAD to add the document to your portal.
- The uploaded file will appear in the right-side window.
- You can rename or delete it as needed.
- Your preparer will be notified via email that you uploaded a document.
