Client Portal Instructions

 

Accessing Your Secure File Pro Portal

  1. Click the SecureFilePro Login Page or use the LINK provided in our office email.
  2. Enter your username and password on the login page.
  • Your password is created by you; our office cannot retrieve it.
  • If you forgot your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ to create a new one.

 

Viewing and Downloading Documents

  1. After logging in, go to your portal home page.
  2. Click DOCUMENTS FROM PREPARER in the My Folder menu on the left.
  3. On the right side, find your uploaded documents list and click DOWNLOAD for the document you want.
  4. Choose to OPEN or SAVE the document.
  • If you don’t save it to your computer, it will remain in the portal until deleted.

 

Uploading Documents to the Portal

  1. Click DOCUMENTS TO PREPARER in the My Folder section.
  2. On the right side, click UPLOAD.
  3. Click BROWSE FILES to locate the scanned or saved document on your computer.
  4. Click UPLOAD to add the document to your portal.
  5. The uploaded file will appear in the right-side window.
    • You can rename or delete it as needed.
  6. Your preparer will be notified via email that you uploaded a document.
